Welcome to

a place to learn more about mindfulness and stress management
in daily life through both formalised and informal activities.

Join us in one of our mindfulness courses to better manage stress and cope with pain and suffering.
Using an evidence based approach, you’ll learn about how stress manifests itself and how we tend to react to stress, as well as tools and resources to respond differently.

Who we are

We are Jo Ulatowska and May Breisacher, two passionate mindfulness practitioners and teachers. We are fully qualified teachers, adhering to the BAMBA Good Practice Guidelines, and have loved teaching mindfulness over the past couple of years in different forms.

We founded ‘Mindfully you with Jo and May’ as a vehicle to share our passion for mindfulness, helping others learn tools and approaches
to not only better manage stress, pain and suffering, but also to live a more content and happy life - by allowing ourselves to experience all there is.

  • The time flies by during the 8-week MBSR course! It is an amazing safe space to explore your own mindful journey and both teachers were very supportive.

    Brigitte from Germany

  • It was good to have two facilitators! Both teachers were knowledgeable, patient and it was a safe environment. The course helped me to be kinder to myself…

    Andrea from Ireland

  • It was very smooth and I liked the small intimate class as it allowed me to be vulnerable and talk. I like the structure and routine of the course. I thought it was well delivered.
    Whitney from the UK

  • I’ve found understanding in how mindfulness can be used and the different practices that could help. The fact that I can tailor the programme and use it daily helps to build a routine and structure to manage my stress.

  • I can’t believe how fast the course went by. I was afraid at first of this two months commitment, but now when it’s over, I’m actually sad and in disbelief it’s been two months…
    Lisa from Germany

  • It was such a safe space once a week, a group where we could share honestly, authentically and be our vulnerable selves. We learnt so much and practicing together was such an enriching experience for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me to become a more mindful version of myself.

  • What I have found the most helpful is learning how to take a conscious step back/pause, observe what is happening and the impact it has on me. I would definitely recommend the MBSR course!
